Rates & Additional Charges

All deposits are non refundable

There is a 10-minute grace period following the scheduled pickup time. If the customer arrives after this grace period, charges will apply retroactively from the original scheduled pickup time. We will wait up to 15 minutes in total; if the customer does not arrive within that time, we will depart, and the trip will be considered a no-show and be charged accordingly.

Upon receiving customer credit card information, we include an industry standard of 20% gratuity if customer does not provide one at time of drop off.

We provide transportation to Charlottesville Albemarle Airport and the major airports listed below.

Charlottesville Airport Arrivals
For scheduled pickups at CHO, any arrival delays exceeding 45 minutes will result in additional wait time charges, billed at our standard hourly rate.

Scheduled Commercial Flight Pickup Times
For domestic arriving flights, pickups occurring more than 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time will incur additional wait time charges at our standard hourly rate. For international flights, wait time charges will apply if the pickup occurs more than 75 minutes after the scheduled arrival.

Scheduled Private Flight Pickup Times
For arriving flights, pickups that occur more than 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time will incur additional wait time charges at our standard hourly rate.

Additional fees may apply such as parking and tolls.

Cancellation Policy

Weekdays
We require a minimum 24 hours notice.
Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to half of the rate quoted.
Cancellation enroute or no show of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to full charge of the rate quoted.

Weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
We require a minimum 72 hours notice.
Cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to half of the rate quoted.
Cancellation enroute or no show of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to full charge of the rate quoted.

PLEASE NOTE
All child safety equipment must comply with Virginia state requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use. Charlottesville Transportation & Taxi LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or absence of child safety restraints.
